I am not writing this as the cliche making someone do your will, or anything like that. This is more guiding the mind, making it believe things you want it to believe, maybe trusting you more, or distrusting you (if you want a subtle way to get rid of them).

This is a fairly simple little method, however it requires a fair amount of energy, so if you aren’t capable of using the levels of energy you will have very limited results.

Sit in a comfortable position, relax, clear your mind, and meditate if necessary. Visualise the person, push your energy out, start at their feet and slowly let the energy move upwards along their body, when it reaches their head, move the energy out from them a bit, thus making a ball of energy surrounding their head. From this ball, extend tendrils/spike of energy that penetrate the person skull and dig into their brain, start of with very thin tendrils/spikes, and once they are inside the persons mind, push the thoughts and beliefs you want them to have into their minds, whilst pushing more and more energy through the tendrils/spikes, causing them to expand, taking up more of their mind until their mind is consumed with your energy and the thoughts/beliefs you are pushing into them. Keep pushing for a few minutes even after this, just for good measure.
It is wise to repeat this multiple times, although not necessarily during the same day, it is never wise to tire yourself too much.

The reason you move the energy along the person body is to grab hold of any residual energy on that person, so when you penetrate their and mind, you are essentially hiding the first bit of your energy behind theirs as to avoid alerting the person of your presence.
